[摘要] Article 1 adds three new paragraphs to Article 48 of the Basic Text concerning the duties of environmental protection authorities. Article 2 amends Article 110 of the Basic Text completing the list of authorizations of the minister for environmental protection to work out the implementing decrees on certain related matters.
