Decree No. 77 of the Ministry of Forestry validating the Regulation on delimitation of forest plots allotted for forest management and transfer thereof to legal persons performing forestry.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities and requirements for delimitation on site of public forest plots allotted for the following types of forest management: (a) collection and procurement of non-timber products; (b) secondary forest management; (c) recreational forest uses, including tourism; and (d) forest management for scientific research and educational purposes. Delimitation shall include mapping and identification sign posting.
