Decree No. 99 of the Ministry of Public Health validating the Regulation on sanitary and epidemiological audit.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of performance of sanitary and epidemiological audit with a view of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population through reduction of negative and hazardous impact of economic and other activities on public health. Sanitary and epidemiological audit shall be applicable to produce potentially hazardous for human health, economic activities (work and services) and human habitat and environment.
