Environment and Water Resources Fund Act.

[摘要] The present Act lays down provisions relating to the establishment of a Special Fund for the protection of the environment and the promotion of water resources. In particular, the Fund has the task to: 1) protect the environment against air pollution, noise pollution and hazardous waste; 2) ensure a regular waste water discharge; 3) provide a sufficient water supply; 4) establish, extent and improve waste treatment facilities. The text consists of 12 articles.
