Energy Using Products Act Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance enforces the Energy Efficiency Labelling Act of 27 September 2008 (BGBl. I p. 258). In particular, article 1 lists energy-using appliances to which the present Ordinance shall apply. Article 2 deals with conditions to place such products on the marketing and put them into operation. The text consists of 3 articles.
