[摘要] This Decree establishes that State Inspection for Supervision over Geological Exploration and Safe Mining and Public Utilities shall be authorized state institution in the sphere of industrial (including mining) and radiation safety performing state supervision over natural and legal persons for compliance with industrial and radiation safety requirements, subsoil protection and conservation requirements and performing other measures of state regulation.
