Implementing Ordinance relating to legislation on environment and water protection.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements legislation on environment and water protection. Article 1 establishes that the Construction and Environment Office is responsible for the enforcement of the relative legislation. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: inspection, competence for radiation protection, counselling for use of fertilizers and competences for hazardous substances.
