Law amending the Law on environmental liability to prevent and remediate environmental damage in Vienna.

[摘要] The present Law introduces some amendments to the Law on environmental liability to prevent and remediate environmental damage in Vienna. In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 16 dealing with the implementation of Directive 2004/35/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council on environmental liability with regard to the prevention and remedying of environmental damage of 21 April 2004. The text consists of 2 articles.
