Regional Law No. 59-ZS “On public polling in municipal units”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the modalities of public polling in municipal units with a view to ensure public participation in the performance of local government, with the consideration of public opinion by local self-government bodies. Public polling shall be conducted within three months from the date of decision for performance of public polling. Public polling shall be conducted among the residents on the territory of a municipal unit.
