Regional Law No. 72 “On mountainous areas”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes legal grounds for the development of mountainous areas, conservation and rational management of natural resources and cultural heritage thereof. State policy in the sphere of mountainous areas shall be to ensure sustainable development thereof and improvement of quality of life of mountainous population, access to information related to mountainous areas and prevention of natural disasters (landslide, flooding, avalanches and other natural phenomena and calamities).
