Ministerial Decree No. 236 implementing the Law on the licensing of certain activities.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree defines the licensing competencies of the Cabinet of Ministers, which shall be responsible for licensing: (a) the sale of firearms; (b) management of hazardous substances; (c) the sale and management of radioactive substances and sources of ionizing radiation; (d) the manufacture of alcohol and liquor; and (e) cartographic activities. The Decree also designates the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management as the licensing authority for veterinary activities.
