Federal Act amending the Maritime Shipping - Compliance Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Maritime Shipping Compliance Act. In particular, the Act adds some terms to article 1 concerning the definition of terms, such as “sea freight container", “shipper”. Furthermore, the Act amends article 7 establishing that taking into account the requirements listed in article 6 Ordinances may be issued on authorization of conformity assessment bodies performing inspection of marine equipment for sea-going vessels.
