Ministerial Decree No. 466 validating the Regulation on protection of human life in waterbodies.

[摘要] The scope of this Ministerial Decree shall be to protect human life and health during recreational water use of surface waterbodies. The population shall be informed of prohibition and restrictions on recreational use of waterbodies. Local government and authorized institutions and organizations shall be responsible for appointment of the officials responsible for protection of human life, health and environment during recreational use of waterbodies.
