Intercantonal Concordat on the establishment of an Intercantonal Environment Agency.

[摘要] The above-mentioned Cantons agree on the establishment of an Intercantonal Environment Agency which is going to start its activities on 1 January 2004. It is mainly concerned with monitoring, data-base and communitcation. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Organization (II); Establishment of the Agency (III); Public tender (IV); Contracting and taxes (V); Participation, duration and termination (VI); Final provisions (VII).
