[摘要] The competent Ministries and institutions (such as the National Agency for Environmental Protection) have concluded a special agreement, the text of which is attached to the Ordinance, with a view to coordinating the procedures connected with the authorization and environmental impact assessment of deactivation of nuclear installations.
