[摘要] This Order provides for the delegation of powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government conferred on him or her by or under the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2009 (other than Part V of the Planning and Development Act 2000) and the European Communities (Environmental Assessment of Certain Plans and Programmes) Regulations 2004.
