Regional Law No. 103-OZ "On tourism".

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes jurisdictional competence of regional state bodies in the sphere of regulation of tourism. Regional Government shall have the following competence: (a) validation of state programs for tourism sector; (b) legislative activity in the sphere of tourism; (c) ensures access to tourism resources; (d) organization of excursions and travels for students; and (e) (d) informationa coverage of regional tourism.
