[摘要] This Law, consisting of 9 Chapters and 3 Annexes, regulates environmental licensing requirements and establishes offences and administrative sanctions to be paid for environmental pollution. This Law states that the State Agency of Environment (CPRH), created by Law No. 49 of 31 January 2003, is the responsible authority for the implementation of the State Policy on Environment aiming at promoting the improvement and guaranteeing the quality of environmental sector within the State of Pernambuco
