[摘要] This Administrative Decree regulates the Register for potencially polluting activities and for the exploitation of environmental resources. It consists of 7 articles establishing that the aforementioned activities must be authorized and registered by the competent authority, Ibama (with the duration of 1 year). This Administrative Decree also establishes controls to be carried out and sanctions to be paid by offenders in compliance with article 14 of Act No. 6.938 of 31 August 1981.
