[摘要] This Decree establishes terms and conditions for collection of waste mercuric valves and the modalities of recycling thereof. The Regulation shall be mandatory for natural and legal persons using mercuric valves. Users of mercuric valves must collect and deliver spent mercuric valves in accordance with the modalities set forth by this Regulation.
