Conservation and Protection of the Physical Landscape of The Bahamas Act, 1997 (Cap. 260).

[摘要] This Act provides rules relative to the carrying out of excavations, quarrying of mines and landfill operations and the control of such activities affecting the soil and landscape. The Act also provides for the protection of trees in certain circumstances.
