[摘要] The present Law implements the Electricity and Electricity Organization Act 2010 (BGBl. I No. 110/2010). The Law lays down provisions relating to the production, transfer and distribution of electricity in the Land of Carinthia. The aim of the Law is to make available to the people and to the industry electricity being at the same time environment-friendly, reasonable priced, sufficient, secure and of high quality; to create a market organization according to EU-guidelines and to the principles
