[摘要] The present Law sets forth legal and organizational basis for the prevention and elimination of negative impact of environmental factors on the human organism and regulates the activity of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of state bodies, legal and physical persons. The present Law consists of 7 Chapters that contain 50 Articles. Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions.
