[摘要] The state protected areas shall be declared plots of land, subsoil, waterbodies including natural ecosystems within of particular environmental, scientific, ecological, educational and aesthetic value for the purpose of conservation of typical, rare or unique landscapes, study of natural processes and phenomena, and also for the purpose of elaboration of the scientific bases for environmental protection.
