Decree No. 44 of 2007 (VI. 8.) FVM of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development concerning certain rules to be applied in case of force majeure and amending certain decrees of agricultural interest.

[摘要] This Decree shall apply to agricultural, rural development and fishery measures financed by national budgetary funds and by EU funds. Events of force majeure shall be communicated to the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency who will recognize as force majeure event the events listed in Article 3.
