[摘要] The Parties, taking into consideration the mutual interest in strengthening cooperation in the ecological sphere have agreed as follows: 1) To abstain from any action that may cause ecological damage to each other. 2) To carry out joint ecological programmes. 3) To render assistance to each other in ecological emergencies and environmental disasters.
