Antarctic (Jersey) Regulations 1997.

[摘要] These Regulations provide that provisions of the Antarctic Regulations 1995 of the United Kingdom, subject to the modifications specified in the Schedule to these Regulations, shall have effect in the Bailiwick of Jersey and shall form part of the law of the Bailiwick of Jersey. The modifications all regard adaptations of the original text with a view to application of the Antarctic Regulations 1995 to Jersey.
