[摘要] This Executive Order, consisting of 10 Sections establishes the Cabinet Clusters organization. The Cabinet is organized thematically into five clusters composed as follows: Good Governance and Anti-Corruption; Human Development and Poverty Reduction; Economic Development; Security, Justice and Peace; and Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation.
