Regional Law No. 10-4695 amending Regional Law No. 8-3166 “On objects of cultural heritage”.

[摘要] Article 3.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Citizens of the Russian Federation shall be granted the right to ensure conservation of the objects of cultural heritage for the benefit of the present and the future generations, access to the objects of cultural heritage and access to information related to the objects of cultural heritage”.
