Act relative to experimental municipal permission systems in accordance with the Environment Protection Act (SFS 1987:444).

[摘要] Certain decisions regarding environment permits shall be delegated to County Environment and Public Health Boards. Rules regarding applications and decision procedures shall be the same as those for concession boards under provisions of the Environment Protection Act. Appeal against such decisions by the Boards may be lodged with County Councils.
