[摘要] Section 2 declares that, subject to this Act, and to any other law, the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and other matter concluded at London in 1972 shall have the force of law. Section 3 places restriction on dumping into the sea and effectively prohibits certain dumping of waste at sea.
