Regional Act No. 29 laying down provisions for the protection, the development and the improvement of mountain territories.

[摘要] This Regional Act, which is divided into three Titles, aims at supporting the socio-economic development of mountain areas falling within the Molise Region, giving particular regard to environmental protection. The Molise Region, therefore, defines criteria and initiatives intended to, inter alia, guarantee the proper and rational use of mountain resources. The provisions hereby established shall apply to territories belonging to Mountain Communities as rearranged by article 28 of Act No. 142 of
