[摘要] This Normative Instruction, composed of seven articles, further regulates Decree No. 252 on registration and licensing of enterprises providing services and assistance in the field of environment protection. In particular, it defines registration rules and procedures, as well as minimum requirements and documents to be provided for registration purposes. Finally, it rules on licence duration, renewal procedures, sanctions and penalties.
