Government Decree on Emergency Response Arrangements at Nuclear Power Plants (No. 735 of 2008).

[摘要] This Decree lays down provisions on emergency response arrangements at a nuclear power plant. It shall also apply, if required, to other nuclear facilities equipped with a nuclear reactor. The Decree defines planning of emergency response organization and provides for action in case of an emergency. It lays down duties of licence holders and personnel of plants.
