Antarctic (Jersey) Order, 1995.

[摘要] This Order provides that provisions of the Antarctic Act 1994 of the United Kingdom, except sections 34 and 35, shall extend to Jersey subject to the modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order. The modifications all regard adaptations of the original text with a view of application of the Act to Jersey. Sections 34 concerns the territorial extension of the Act and section 35 the commencement of the Act.
