Biosafety Act, 2011 (No. 831).

[摘要] This Act provides rules relative to the transfer, handling and use of genetically modified organisms resulting from biotechnology for purposes of protection public health and the environment. It establishes the National Biosafety Authority and defines its functions and powers. It also establishes an Appeals Tribunal and provides with respect to inspections.
