Decree-Law No. 235/2004 establishing specific dispositions applicable to certain fuels.

[摘要] This Decree-Law, composed of 15 articles and 4 Annexes, establishes specific dispositions applicable to certain fuels to be used in transport vehicles equipped with positive ignition engine and compression-ignition engine. It introduces into the national legal system the EC Directive No. 2003/17/CE. In particular, the Decree rules on oil and fuels specifications and on situations of fuel supply crisis. Finally, the Decree-Law regulates the control measures and penalties for non-compliance.
