Presidential Decree No. 48/11 creating the Fund for Petroleum (FP).

[摘要] This Presidential Decree, consisting of 37 articles, creates the Fund for Petroleum (FP). This Fund aims at promoting and supporting the investments for the development of projects related to energy and water sectors and to other strategic sectors, including projects for infrastructures, and generation, production, storage, transport, distribution and commercialization of energy and water.
