Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2009 (S.S.I. 343 of 2009).

[摘要] These Regulations make miscellaneous amendments to selected legislation in the field of environmental planning. They amend the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999 by removing Chapter 9 and related provisions which are no longer required following the repeal of sections 130(1)(a) and 133(1)(a) to (c) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 by the Schedule to the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006.
