[摘要] This Act amends certain points related to environmental pollution control and conservation of habitat and wild flora and fauna, in particular with regard to the implementation of directives on industrial emissions, digital authorization, approval and supervision system, separation and sectioning of freshwater fish farming, and regulation of the use of non-organic fertilizers.
