[摘要] This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 40 of Schedule 2 in relation to England only. The amendments concern installation of Part 40 of Schedule 2 installation of certain microgeneration equipment on a dwellinghouse or within its curtilage or, in some cases, blocks of flats.
