[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Environment Protection Law of 7 May 1989. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Protection against air pollution (II); Protection against noise (III); Environmentally hazardous chemicals Hazardous chemicals for the environment (IV); Soil protection (V); Protection against disaster and radiation (VI); Waste and sanitation of contaminated sites (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
