Regional Law No. 52 amending Regional Law No. 97 “On objects of cultural heritage”.

[摘要] Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State registration of the objects of cultural heritage shall include the following procedures: (a) identification; (b) elaboration of recommendation for insertion of objects in the Register of objects of cultural heritage; (c) drafting of the list of objects destined for insertion in the Register; and (d) data collection requested for insertion of the objects in the Register of objects of cultural heritage”.
