Federal Act amending the Climate and Energy Fund Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Climate and Energy Fund Act (BGBl. I No. 40/2007). In particular, it amends, inter alia, article 2 concerning the official representation of the Fund; article 6 dealing with members of the steering committee; article 7 laying down provisions relating to the tasks of the committee; article 8 on the composition of the advisory committee; and article 15 concerning planning stategies.
