[摘要] Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “formation and ensuring the functioning of protected areas, including natural areas subject to special protection, national ecological network and biosphere reserves.” Article 20 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In protected areas, natural areas subject to special protection, national ecological network and biosphere reserves can be established more tight environmental standards than in other areas.”
