Law No. 11.069 establishing controls to be carried out over production, trade, use, transport and storage of pesticides within the State of Santa Catarina.

[摘要] This Law, consisting of 24 articles, establishes controls to be carried out over production, trade, use, transport and storage of pesticides within the State of Santa Catarina, according to Federal Law No. 7.802. It defines pesticides and toxic substances to be used in agriculture and regulates the above mentioned activities, establishing requirements to be satisfied in order to protect forests and local ecosystems. In addition, it prescribes pesticide registration terms and conditions.
