[摘要] The object of this Regulation, consisting of five sections, establishes that for the purposes of the definition of "tree", bamboo and any plant that is a vine are prescribed as a "tree" within the meaning of section 3 (1) of the Trees (Disputes Between Neighbours) Act 2006.
