Decree No. 85 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating Waste Classifier.

[摘要] The present Decree establishes the principles of waste classification and shall be mandatory for all legal and natural persons carrying out waste management. Waste shall be classified as domestic and industrial. Annex contains the National Waste Classifier with the codification of different types of waste. It validates the complete list of waste attributing numeric code to each type of waste and introduces the concept of food waste.
