Ministerial Decree No. 415 validating the Regulation on Special Fund of the Ministry of Energy.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that Special Fund of the Ministry of Energy shall be used for the following purposes: (a) regular public hearings related to energy policy; (b) publication of annual reports of the Ministry of Energy; (c) scientific research related to elaboration of standards, methodologies and guidelines; and (d) international cooperation.
