[摘要] This Law, consisting of 13 Chapters, establishes fines to be paid for environmental damage within the Mato Grosso do Sul arising from any act involving garbage dump on roads and in public places. It establishes that those fine will be applied without prejudice to criminal penalties and civil applicable according to Law No. 9.605 of 12 February 1998.
